makati

my trip this morning to Makati went fine. i asked for the directions from my kuya (i commuted), i simply followed them, did not get lost, took an application exam, passed the exam, rode the mrt, then went to UP.
during the waiting periods before and after the exam (i waited for the results), i got the chance to mingle with co-applicants and hear from a short distance the conversations of other applicants. it is really nice to see for yourself other people from different ages, backgrounds, and working experience. soon you realize that people really have different motivations for their decisions and actions. but practically, money leads the list.

can't wait to graduate

just came from makati for an application exam, and here i am, in BA's computer lab, making my first ever blog. as the title says, i can't wait to graduate... and i have several reasons for saying this:

  1. with so many things coming up for my subjects for the next and last two months of the sem - feasib (which i hate very much), cases, reports, groupworks (all my subjects have groupworks), and exams, i really want to get all these things done. but i do not want to stress myself and i control thinking about these often because I'll just get thinner.
  2. i want to rest, to relax. i cant wait to go on a vacation. last year's vacation to bora with my sis and cousins is such a blast (bitin nga lang) and i do want to go back.
  3. i have passed around 20 (30 pa nga ata, haha!) resumes in last week's job fair and took 2 exams already. 2 more to go. Hope i'll get myself a job i really like, not just because of the compensation.
